Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

Retail Orders:

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Wholesale Orders:

* Due to the nature of bulk purchasing, all wholesale orders are final sale.

* Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

* Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

 

Non-returnable items:

* Final sale items

* Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

 

Refunds:

* Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
